NSW:Recall NSW parliament for bikie laws: ALP
SYDNEY, Jan 13 AAP - The NSW opposition has called on Premier Barry O'Farrell to recall
parliament, as Sydney faces its sixth shooting in five days.
"It is simply unacceptable to members of the public," said opposition police spokesman
Nathan Rees.
He said the premier should reintroduce tough anti-bikie laws, which would be supported
in both houses.
"We are calling on Mr O'Farrell to recall parliament as soon as possible to have the
legislation passed so the police can do their job properly."
