A long stretch of main road near Bath has been named as amotorbike crash blackspot.
Avon and Somerset Police have identified eight routes which havea worrying record for bike accidents.
One of these is the A367 which runs from Bath to just north ofShepton Mallet, taking in areas such as Dunkerton Hill and thePeasedown St John Bypass.
The force's Road Policing Unit says riders aged 15 to 19 and 35to 44 are the most likely to be killed or seriously injured in amotorcycle collision on the region's roads.
Although motorcyclists make up a just fraction of local roadusers, they are involved in around a quarter of all fatal andserious injury traffic …
