Bush stresses education on tour

MESILLA, N.M. George W. Bush sharpened his attacks on rival AlGore on Saturday as he launched a late-summer tour and advertisingblitz of battleground states with a focus on education.

"My legislative priority will be to improve public education inAmerica," the Republican presidential nominee asserted at rallieshere and in Dallas.
