FED: Neal will not contest NSW federal seat
Ms MORAN, who won the party meeting by a significant number, told reporters she's delighted
with the outcome.
She says she hasn't seen Ms NEAL since they addressed the meeting.
Ms MORAN says she's looking forward to having a rest and then getting on with the job
of winning Robertson for Labor.
ALP National President GREG SWORD says the vote was decided by secret ballot, although
party officials declined to reveal the numbers.
He says Ms MORAN won by a significant number.
Mr BEAZLEY says Ms NEAL's political future hasn't been damaged by the preselection
row and that he believed today's meeting ended the dispute.
