Tarmac's Richmond Quarry Achieves ISO 9002 Certification For Quality In Production

             First Mining Facility in US to Receive ISO Designation                   for Processing of Construction Aggregates 

NORFOLK, Va., March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Tarmac America, Inc., one of the nation's leading producers of construction materials, announced today that its Richmond Quarry, located in Richmond, Virginia has received ISO 9002 Certification.

The facility achieved the ISO 9002 certification through implementing meticulous quality control measures across its manufacturing process operation. The quarry passed rigorous quality audits to meet the world class standards set by the International Standardization Organization.
